From Unthinkable Thoughts by 'Aidan Lynch', a really good bit of H/D, R/Hr. The story actually addresses the wider implications of a Harry/Draco relationship on emotional and psychological levels instead of just having them jump each other in the Quidditch shed, which can be fun too. So, what're your favourite fanfics?

.. Im a bit of a canon purist... i try not to read many fan fics... Some stuff is just hilarious... i dont understand why theres so much G/Tonks stuff... :shrug:
I liked the Draco Trilogy though.

I don't generally go for the Harry/Draco ships, but this picture is so amazing on its own that I'm gonna have to favourite it. I like Draco's face especially, and the sorts of vulnerable feelings on it that canon Draco very rarely risks displaying. All that snow is beautiful, and the castle! Oh, the castle! Wow. Like I said, :+fav: for a wonderful piece of art. :)

Favorite Fanfic is by far Prelude to Destiny which is a Lily/James fic... I tend to go for the more realistic fics, and I don't know but the Maruarder's stories appeal to me. I like the picture and the scenery is really really pretty. The castle is freakin awesome.

ooh, awesome atmosphere, everything so glassy and cold <-- advanced critique

I've never read any fanfic and though I get how slash can be horny, I don't really understand how people who really enjoy and respect JK's creation can be enthusiastic about it, since it has nothing to do with the authentic HP world. The only fanfic I'd contemplate reading is stuff that shows a real enjoyment of JK's world and builds on what she created rather than radically altering the relationships, personalities and general atmosphere within it. Unfortunately I doubt many people manage to achieve that.
